In this 2 day teleclass, we’ll discuss the following three internal shifts.

1) From belief to being. How do beliefs serve or impede our growth? How do we change or release them?

2) From fear to trust in the intelligence of life. How does resistance impact your relationship to life?

3) From figuring it out to surrendering to what is. What are you willing to surrender “doing” to cultivate trust in Intelligence?

Practice Development.
We'll work with you to develop practices to cultivate conscious awareness. Human beings have turned into human doings and the need to do is to take the path of most resistance. In order to return to being, we require a mental shift. Together we will work on a personal mental map, a visual tool that will provide a step by step approach for your unique practice.
